CONNECT211 is an online, GIS (Geographic Information System) –based application that allows users to search a database of over 12,000 organizations and display and print maps and turn-by-turn directions…it is a bridge between people who need services and the agencies who provide them. This project of the Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children and United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania will make it easier to find all the relevant social services in Southeastern Pennsylvania through an easy-to-use website.
